

Bill was born in San Antonio on August 26th, 1950 to Walter Dudley Kelsey and Marian Cocking Kelsey. He went to The University of Houston. He was a master carpenter, realtor, an EMT and volunteer firefighter, award winning construction superintendent, President of the PTA, City Council Member and Mayor of Crystal Beach, TX but his favorite and most rewarding job was family man.

His grandson, Jonathan Howard of League City, TX.
His son, Travis Kelsey and grandson Alexander of Austin, TX.
His daughter, Kim Clark, her husband Brad and his granddaughters Maisie and Kelsey Clark of Leander, TX.
His daughter, Ashley Stockton and his grandson John Hays Stockton IV of Round Rock, TX.
His daughter, Avery Kelsey and grandsons Kai and Ronan Arizola of Fredericksburg, TX.
His son, Colton Kelsey of Austin, TX.
His son, Clayton Kelsey of San Marcos, TX.
His sister-in-law Janet Floca and her husband Vincent of Austin, TX.
His sister-in-law Ester Cridlin and her husband Chris Novac of Austin, TX.
His cousin, Alice M Kropp of Colonial Heights, VA.
A private viewing for family members will be held at Cook Walden Davis, Georgetown, TX on Sunday, March 26th, 2023 with a celebration of life to follow at the home of Ashley Stockton starting at 3:30 pm.
