

Terry Suzanne Rohrbouck, 62, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2022, surrounded by loved ones at Heritage Health Care Center in Gering following a brief illness. Cremation has taken place. Services will be Tuesday April 19 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Gering with the saying of The Rosary at 10:30 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. and luncheon. Father Mike McDonald and Father Gerald Harr will officiate.
Terry was born June 2, 1959, in Alliance, Nebraska and grew up in Gering, Nebraska. She was a 1977 graduate of Gering High School. She loved the mountains and lived in the Denver area most of her adult life, returning to Gering in 2014. Terry was a spontaneous free spirit who loved country music, garage sales, swing dancing, dragonflies, card games, collecting clowns, and spending time with her family. She had a heart of gold and will be remembered for her generosity, kindness, and outgoing nature. Terry’s passions in life were her grand nieces and nephews: Austin, Grayson, Kadison, and Jay, along with her two cats.
Terry is survived by her brother Gary of Gering, brother Scott (Sylvia) of Colorado, sister Tammy (Greg) Tenley of Florida, nieces and nephews Morgan and Grant Rohrbouck and Justin Tenley, Larissa Mays, and Kayla Butler, her favorite Aunt Rene Newton, and many other relatives and dear friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Sandy Rohrbouck.
