Mary Theresa Young (Wrice) ended her journey on earth peacefully on October 25, 2019. Theresa enjoyed bowling for many years. She loved attending bingo games, having a game of cards and most of all, taking road trips that included shopping and eating.
Theresa is survived by her daughter Joanne (Martin) Shepard and sons Michael (Linda), Robert (Florence), Darryl (Rose), Gerry (Helen), Brent (Janice) , Todd (Amanda) and Glen (Carol). She will be missed by many grandchildren, step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews
Theresa is also survived by sisters Duggie, Moolie, Alice, Anne Marie, Rita and special sister Rose; brothers Ducie, Bernie and Mickey.
Theresa was predeceased by her husband, Michael Fabian Young, parents Duce and Mayme Wrice, sister Patricia and several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 30, at Patten Funeral Home from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral mass will be held at Holy Cross Church on Thursday, October 31 at 11:00 am.
