Ruby Irene Nicholson

Born in Glace Bay she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Erva (Bond) Mugford.

Ruby was a member of the Glace Bay Salvation Army, and will be missed by all who knew her for her great joke telling.

She was survived by her daughter Colleen (Max) Morgan of Glace Bay, Sons Jack (Angela) Glace Bay, Joey (Rick) Ont., Glenn (Debbie) Glace Bay. Grandchildren Tara (Duncan) Roach, Christopher (Sherry) Morgan, Allison (Jason) Farren, Chantelle, Troy, Brittany, Logan Nicholson, Great-grandchildren Liam and Torre Sister Lillian Parsons Ont. And several Nieces and Nephews.

Besides her parents, Ruby was predeceased by husband Colin and sister Carol Murrant.

Visitation will take place Friday July 26 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Patten Funeral Home 71 Union St. Glace Bay, Funeral Service will be held on Saturday July 27 2pm at the Salvation Army Union St, Glace Bay with Lieut. Joshua and Joyce Downer officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
