Sharrie Anne Colson

It is with great sadness and regret we announce the passing of Sharrie Colson. Sharrie passed away suddenly on October 30, 2016 at the young age of 39.

Sharrie was a beautiful and caring mother, sister, daughter, niece and friend. Sharrie, for all who knew her, had nothing but great love in her heart for her family and close friends. Sharrie would give whatever she had to help everyone.

Sharrie is survived by her two amazing children, son Logan Colson, and daughter Marisa Anderson; mother Diane Pederson, stepfather Pete Pederson, stepmother Debbie Colson; sisters Terrie Colson, Michelle Thomas, Kelly Colson; brother Joey Dawe; brother-in-law Terry Jewells, sister-in-law Ashley Dawe. Sharrie was predeceased by her father Brian Colson, sister Lisa Colson-White and uncle David Colson.

Sharrie will be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews. She was the kind of person who made family events special; she was the ice breaker at all of them. She enjoyed singing, shopping trips and lived a carefree life.

A visitation will be held at Patten Funeral Home, 71 Union Street on Thursday, November 3,2016 from 7-9pm; Funeral service will be held on Saturday November 5 at 11am in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Evergreen Drive, Sydney
