Berenice "Bea" Mae Thompson passed away on January 25, 2020 in the care of Hospice at Gardens Valley Care Facility.

She was born in Owaneco, IL December 4, 1936, the daughter of Benjamin Homer Thomas Gross and Turia Mae Buckner-Calloway Gross. Bea worked as a Med Tech in a number of nursing home in the Liberty, Missouri and Kansas City, Missouri area, always caring for others.

She left behind to cherish her memory is her husband, John Edward Thompson, of the home, brother Butch Gross, James (Diane) Gross, sister Velma (Larry) Davis, daughter Diana (Jim) Mischo, son Benny Dale Calloway, grandsons Bryan and Dustin Wiley, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Veronica M. Mahan, brother, Gary L. Gross and Hommer T. Gross.
