Billy was born July 25, 1949, to Mary and Jack Armstrong in Kansas City, MO where he spent most of his life. Bill loved his family, and he loved football. He enjoyed playing football throughout his youth and coaching as an adult. In 1969, he married Pam for 24 years and had 2 daughters, Shannon, and Shelly. Bill was a devoted dad.
He married Donna in 1995 and together ran The End Zone bar where they met and maintained many friends. It was a highlight of his career to own a neighborhood bar.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jackie Lee Armstrong, his wife Donna Lee Armstrong, and stepson CT.
A visitation for Billy will be held Monday, August 19, 2024 at 1:30 PM at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119. A funeral service will occur Monday, August 19, 2024 at 2:30 PM, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119, followed by a committal service in White Chapel Cemetery.
