Brian was born on August 9, 1985 in Kansas City Missouri to Margaret and John Finley, Sr. He went to Northeast High School in Kansas City Missouri. Brian's family remembers him as a kindhearted man who would do anything for someone as long as they didn't nag him. Brian loved his tattoos and always wanted more. They were a way of expressing himself as well as a remembrance to those he loved.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, John Finley, Sr.; his grandmother, Mary Lou Thompson; step father, Terry Ellis; and his uncles, Harley Chatman and Paul Dacko.
Brian is survived by his mother, Margaret Finley; brother, John Finley, Jr.; and aunt, Clara Dacko.
