Dixie was born October 21st, 1941 in Iowa to Cecil Allen and Hellen Underwood.
Dixie lived her life caring for others, loving her family, as well doing puzzles. Dixie was a listener and tried to be understanding and showed no judgement. She asked for very little and was always humble, happy, and forgiving. Dixie married the love of her life, Jack, in January 1960. Dixie made the world a more beautiful place. Her words of wisdom and encouragement will live on in her family that she leaves behind. She loved her sisters, kids, grandkids, and great grandkids very much. Dixie was a beautiful lady and had a wonderful heart and soul. She will forever be loved and missed.
