Lou was born on October 28, 1932, in Fairview, Missouri, the daughter of Earl and Effie Clifton. She was united in marriage to Louis (Buddy) Hayden on June 23, 1956, in Rocky Comfort, Missouri, who survives. Also surviving are her daughter, Pam (Robert) Miller, of Sibley, Missouri; son, Barry Hayden, of Woodland Hills, California; grandchildren, Alysha Miller of Grain Valley, Missouri and Chad Miller of Independence, Missouri; a sister, Dorothy Jones of Monett, Missouri; and 5 nieces and 2 nephews.
Lou graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in secondary education. She was a long-time member of Englewood Baptist Church and served on many PTA positions at Chapel Hill Elementary and Antioch Jr. High.
Services will be held on March 16th at White Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00pm - 6:00pm with a service starting at 6:00pm.
