Frank, 75, of Liberty, Missouri passed away Sunday April 28, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family.

Born September 11, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri to Clay and Nellie Hixson.

Frank worked as a painter by trade. On August 3, 1963, Frank married Donna Adkins. Family was important to him and enjoyed sports both watching and coaching with his grandkids.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Donna; his parents and his sister, Corinne Waldon.

Survivors include his children, Kevin, Carrie Lynn (Russ) Perdue, Stacey, Shannon, and Kurt;

His sisters, Doris and Louise; his 2 brothers, Walter and Ralph; and grandchildren: Sammy, Jared, Joey, Morgan, and Tanner.
