Gregory Wojtowicz, 98, of Gladstone, MO passed away peacefully in the loving care of family on January 1, 2015. Gregory was born on February 6, 1916 in Stefkowa, Poland. After immigrating to the US in 1952, he and his family settled in St. Joseph, MO. He moved to Kansas City in 1986 to be near his daughters. Gregory was preceded in death by his wife, Anna, his parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters and his beloved dogs, Snuggles and Fuzzy. Survivors include his son, Joseph (Sandra) Wojtowicz; daughters, Jennie (John) Alldredge, Mary Ann Harris and Ruby (Gary) Sirna; one grandson, two great-grand children and one great-great granddaughter. Gregory was a kind and generous man, ready to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed yard work and gardening, walking his pets, playing his harmonica and his greatest joy was being with his family. Services 2:00pm Monday January 5, 2015 White Chapel Funeral Home Gladstone, MO. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
