Jennifer was born to Kay Miller October 2, 1972 and was adopted by Wayne Carlile March 17, 1980. She attended Ravenwood Elementary, Maple Park Middle School and was a 1991 graduate from Winnetonka High School.
Jennifer met her husband, Rusty Frederick, during high school but it wasn’t until they met a few years later she realized he was the love of her life. They married March 24, 2014. Jennifer was blessed to have two beautiful children, Kaytlin and Ethan. She worked continually with various government agencies to help her son and others with mental illness and autism.
Jennifer loved all animals but her many kitties were her very favorite. She loved music of any genre – from Janis Joplin to Johnny Cash and everyone in between. Although she didn’t have the opportunity to travel as much as she would like she did have the opportunity to travel to Europe, Florida, California, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico and many other states.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ron and Marie Miller. Jennifer is survived by her husband Rusty Frederick; her parents Wayne and Kay Carlile; her children Kaytlin Casado (David), Ethan Carlile, Shawn Frederick (JoHanna); grandson Leo Casado; her brother David Carlile; sisters Sandra Lee, Terri Peterson; her best friend Holly Thomas-Chapman and many other family members and friends.
Rusty, Kaytlin, Ethan, Wayne and Kay offer their deepest gratitude to KU Medical Center for the wonderful care Jennifer received.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.dwnwhitechapel.com for the CARLILE-FREDERICK family.
