

She was born December 8, 1953, in Saint Joseph, Missouri, the daughter of Edmund J. and Doris J. (Wisniewski) Bliley.
She attended Bishop LeBlond Catholic High School. Jeana married Robert E. Amos in April of 1972, this union was blessed with two sons, Robert B. and Timothy P. Amos.
After moving to Kansas City, Missouri, Jeana worked as a bailiff for the City of Northmoor, an accounting clerk for TWA and a cashier at the burger joint, “Sandies” in Riverside, Missouri. She was most proud, though, of her job as a Mother and running her husband's excavating company for over 20 years.
Jeana was an accomplished 9-ball pool player and was President of the Women's 9-ball Northland League for many years. Not only did she act as the league’s highest member, she always finished within the top 2 every season she played. Jeana was a jovial, gregarious individual who loved laughing and who was passionate about family and friends.
Her children remember her as a dedicated Mother who encouraged them to pursue their interests in music and sports.
She was preceded in death by parents, Edmund and Doris Bliley; her husband, Robert E. Amos; and siblings; Fredrick, Patricia, Joseph and Lawrence Bliley. Jeana is survived by two brothers, James Bliley of Olathe, Kansas and Raymond Bliley of Saint Joseph, Missouri.
Jeana is also survived by her two sons, Robert B. (Robb) and Timothy P. (Tim); and one grandchild, Robert B. (Bert).
The family would like to thank all of Jeana's medical staff for their efforts and dedication.
A graveside service will be held at White Chapel Cemetery, located at 6600 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, MO, 64119. The service is scheduled for Friday, September 12, 2025, at 3:00 pm.
