
Mike loved life. He worked at The Hickory for many years. He loved many things and had many hobbies such as fishing, animals – especially dogs and birds, WWE, collecting VHS tapes, horror films, Star Wars, Godzilla and King Kong. He loved collecting musical clocks and watches, stuffed animals and music. Mike loved James Brown and could even dance like him. He had a green thumb and loved his plants. He loved decorating for Halloween and Christmas. Mike loved his family and grandchildren so much. He loved taking his grandchildren to the City Market and Super Flea on the weekends they would stay with him.
Mike is survived by his children, Lesa (Bryan) Carrol, Lori Fisher, and Michael (Shelley) Fisher; grandchildren, Megan Cook (Nicholas), Kelly Cook, Anthony (Loren) Cook, Dean (Taylor) Wollard, and Aden Wollard; great-grandchildren, Brooklynn, Gracie, Carter, Hadley and Kyler; sisters, Patti (Mike) Kaller, Teresa (Darryl) Sisney, Charlotte (Steve) Barnette, Pamela (James) Duggan and Paula; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gladys (Bliss) and Charles Fisher; his brothers, Charles “Tommy” and William “Bucky”; brothers-in-law, James Duggan and Darryl Sisney; and the love of his life and former wife, Rowena Fisher.
