

Neal Boyce Breshears, 73, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. He was born on October 3, 1952, in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Warren Breshears and Ruth Ann Carter.
Neal is survived by his wife, Vitoria Regia-Breshears; his son, Christopher Breshears; his daughter, Holly Prather, step-daughter, Angelique, and step-son, Rodrigo; his brothers, Frank, Kelly, and Norman; and his sister, Elaine Breshears. He is also survived by his loving daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and eight grandchildren whom he loved fiercely. Neal was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Ann; his father, Warren; and his sisters, Carol and Anita.
Throughout his life, Neal was known for his service in the United States Army, having served in Vietnam. He spent 36 years as a Carman with Kansas City Southern Railroad.
In his free time, Neal enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He cherished time with his family and loved attending sporting events with his children and grandchildren. He was an avid Chiefs and Royals fan. Neal took great pride in helping his church and the community he held dear. He was friends with Bill for over 40 years. Those who knew him will remember his willingness to go to any length to help others.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at White Chapel Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held the following day on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 12:00 Noon with burial afterward at White Chapel Cemetery, Gladstone, MO.
