Noah E. Smith, Jr., 59, of Kansas City, MO passed away April 4, 2015.Throughout his life Noah wore many hats. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. He worked in the freight industry for 30 plus years. While his boys were growing up he was active in their Boy Scout careers and coached several of the sports that they played. He enjoyed local sports and was a Chiefs and Royals fan and was a regular at the local dirt track. He was very involved with his church and The City Union Mission. The roles he enjoyed the most were those involving his family and friends and the helping of others. He was preceded in death by Noah Earl Smith Sr and daughter Meredith Lee Smith. He leaves behind his wife of 12 years Deb Smith, his sons Wesley(Christine) , and Kyle(Christy) , two grandchildren Madison and Cameron Smith. His mother Montine, sisters Vivienne, Marilyn(Morse) Morris and brother George. Services will be at 5:00 pm, Thursday, April 9, 2015 at White Chapel Funeral Home. Family will receive friends following the service until 8:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Meet the Need Foundation.
