At the age of 15, Norma met Kenneth Fulton and together they built a beautiful life side by side for 62 wonderful years. She loved quilting, cooking and photography. She had a special gift for capturing life’s sweetest moments, turning everyday scenes into treasured memories her family will cherish for generations.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Lee Fulton; son Donald Ray Fulton; brothers Jack, Eddie and Billy Galbraith. She is survived by her daughter Debra Diane (Robert) Cummins; daughter-in-law Debbie Sue Fulton; and brother Lee (Susan) Wallace.
Norma leaves behind her grandchildren Ben (Toni) Barnes, Tammy Jones (Barnes), Marty (Angie) Fulton, Tim (Karen) Fulton, Daniel (Lisa) Fulton, Katie Fulton, along with 16 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren, with one more on the way.
A visitation will be held at White Chapel Funeral Home, on March 5, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. A funeral service will begin at 2:30 pm. Immediately following, Norma will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband Kenneth at White Chapel Cemetery at 6600 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, MO 64119.
