Russell proudly served his country as an Honorable Discharged Navy Veteran.
Russell enjoyed a simple life and had a quiet, reserved nature. He was a dedicated fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and NASCAR, particularly the #18 car at Kansas Speedway. He also shared a special bond with his Border Collie, Suzy Q.
Russell is preceded in death by his parents, John and Betty Judge, and his brother, James "Jimmy" Judge.
He is survived by his brother Frank and sister-in-law Patricia, of Trimble, MO, and his brother Gary and sister-in-law Kimberly, of Orrick, MO. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Lindberg, of Orrick, MO.
