vince was my foreman at TWA in the 1970's...he was a fun guy to work for...he was fair and patient and I considered him a friend...he was a mentor..mary and family I am sorry for your loss...

Our family lost a treasure in Vincent Cottitta... God bless you and keep you, Vince. You were a true gentleman in my life, beloved PaPa to my sons, loyal friend to all who knew you... you wore faith like a blanket, and had personal strength that shone like a beacon. You shared joy and good humor with others. Vince, you have been a gem in my life, and taught me so much - your humanity was so beautiful.... I will miss you dearly and always have you close, in my heart. You are Family, and you are Love. We are all that because of you. Rest in Peace.

Mary and family, we have many fond memories of Vince, who we became acquainted with through St. Charles. Jim says, "I remember all the help he gave at the golf tournaments,  the raffle sales, and good times at the Ushers "retreats" at the Lake of Ozarks." I always felt safe flying those TWA airplanes knowing that wonderful men like he were taking care of our airplanes.

I worked with Vince at TWA in KC at the overhaul base. He always was smiling and in a great mood. I enjoyed talking and working with him. God bless him and his family. And thank you Vince for what you did in World War 2.

Rest in Peace Uncle Vincent. I love you and will miss you. May your journey now be as it always has been. Filled with love and faith. When you have a moment, please hug my Mom. I miss her so much.   Thand you for the honor, your nephew, Nicky Jester

My thoughts and prayers are with you all...I worked with Vince at TWA for 38yrs and he was always a pleasure, laughing, talked to everyone...I wish peace for all of you and extend my thanks for the service to his country...he was a great guy all the way around.

I worked with Vince for many years at TWA . It was always a pleasure to be around him . He was truly of the, "Greatest generation" by serving our Country .

Charles and Family---though I did not have the pleasure & privilege of knowing your father  grandfather, husband and friend, I very much sense the richness he brought to this world. After reading Mr. Cottitta obit. I see that not only was he a good father and husband etc but was a great man to serve this country. I am sure he will be missed and our prayers go out to his family during this time.

I am grateful for the life of Mr. Cottitta.  Thanks to his service and to the service of others in our armed forces, my family and I have been able to lead our lives in freedom and peace.

Vince was a good neighbor. I will miss seeing him sit in his garage and I will miss talking to him.
