Alicia "Alice" Paz

81 of Avondale, AZ, born September 19, 1932 in Fairmont City, IL, passed away on August 5, 2014 peacefully in her sleep at home. Alice was a secretary in her younger life, until a tragic accident changed her for the rest of her life. She was cared for by her father and then in 1974 she moved to Phoenix, Arizona to be with her brother Dominic and his wife Pat. Her final years were spent with her niece Patti with help from her Great Niece Sandra Paz. Alice loved going to daycare, playing cards, shopping, watching TV, going to the movies and out to eat at any place. But her favorite times were at our family gatherings.

She is preceded in death by her parents Vincente and Natalia, nee Cruz Paz, five brothers, Geronimo Paz, Jesse Paz, Dominic Paz, Martin Paz and Alexander Paz; two sisters Antonia Sanchez, and Michaela Paz. She is survived by her niece Patti Paz, one brother Louis Paz, and one sister Nancy (Fred) Comstock. Also numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces. Alice is one of God's Angels among us and now she is truly with all the other Angels.
