My Dearest Mom. Its hard to believe four years have past since you entered your eternal heaven. Everyday you and Dad are in my thoughts providing me with guidance to be the woman I am.  I've felt your presence, your love, and guidance.  All of which I will treasure forever. A perfect quote in our home which you proudly displayed and I saw everyday... "Live One Day At A Time And Make It A Masterpiece".  I'm blessed person. Thank you both and I Love You Infinity!

Dear Whalley Family:  Still cannot believe Aunt Anne has passed and it will be one year next week.  I miss her every day and her name is still in my phone and will stay there, we had some great conversations and always sounded as if she were next door.
Please take care of each other, I know that will make she and your Dad very happy.  Love Marcia

Dear Mom.  We are very close to approaching a year from the time you entered your eternal home.  I have felt your love, spirit and guidance since you left. 

The advise you had given me about the passing of a loved one was such an inspiration. I very much recall a conversation we had when Dad passed... You said, in such a strong voice, "I am so lucky to have had your father for so long. My Mother only had my father for almost 22 years...and I had your father, my wonderful husband, for almost 50 years. I only wish my mother, my sister and my brother had my dad for that amount of time". You were very greatful for the years you had with Dad. And your message for me was to treasure the little time we really have with each other.  The encouragement you shared help us to know that we will be fine and we will carry forward. 

When you went to heaven, your love and strength carried with me...when I had to make decisions, I made them. When I needed to shared my emotions, I shared them. When I have cried for missing you and Dad, I cried. When I smiled and laughed remembering our lives together, boy did I laugh!

I want you to know that because of your love for your family, the times shared, the memories throughout all the years, I know both you and Dad are here as angels to protect your family.  I am so very blessed to have had you and Dad as my parents.  Your values, love and admiration are within me and I will carry them forward, in your honor.

was so sorry to hear the death of Anne. We shared many emails and cards she made for all the occassions. Will miss her. Joe and Sylvia Mc Ilmail Northern Ireland.

Auntie Anne,  you will surely be missed.  I loved your funny phrases particularly ‘hotter than blue blazers’.  Now the three buddies are together again: you, Uncle Dick and my mom (Jean).  I have lots of fond memories of all the laughs you had together.  I remember you all laughing like little kids whenever you talked about your trip to Ireland, especially the story about the flight to Ireland when the pilot announced he was Captain Sylvester and my mom turned to you and said 'I hope Tweety isn't his co-pilot' - I can hear you all laughing now.  It still makes me smile and will keep with me always.  Thanks for writing about the McIlmail and Greenwood family history!  lots of love and say hi to my mom!  Love, Mandy

Dear Whalley Family,
In this time when we feel a void in our world, let it be filled with love and compassion. Aunt Anne loved family. I felt it whenever I visited or spoke with her on the phone. She was a mentor and source of laughter for my parents and will always remain an important part of our lives. I send you much love and peace and feel blessed to have had Aunt Anne, and all of you, in my life.

I will always remember the fun cards she would send for any occasion!  Also the many emails we shared, and how I loved it when she would respond:  "OH MY GAWD"!
I am going to miss her but happy to know that she is home with the Lord and is at peace!

Betty and Family, Please accept my deepest sympathies in the passing of your mother. Though I never met her, I have had the pleasure and experience of knowing Betty, and witnessing the deep love and care they shared. Truly a wonderful testament to Anne's life. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I know I will miss the Monday night phone calls and during the week too. Aunt Anne lifted me up so many times and I did try to do the same when she needed it.  Not only an Auntie but a true true friend. Will love her forever, Marcia

I remember that Anne was a friend of Patsy Titgen, and their sons Michael Titgen and Bill also hung out together in their teens and early 20's.  What a nice lady.  Patsy Titgen passed in the mid-80's.  Janice Titgen
