Benny was a Korean War veteran serving in the USAF. He was predeceased by his loving wife Mary Frances Diaz and his sons Leonard and Benny Jr.
He is survived by his daughter Catherine and sons Frank and Joseph. Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 9 AM followed by funeral service at 10 AM; both to be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, 623-939-8394. Committal service with military honors will take place at Resthaven Park Cemetery. After the services there will be a memorial meal held in Benny's honor.
