On April 5, 2016, Peoria Detective and SIT, husband of Officer Joanna Collier #7864 passed away. David served with the Peoria Police Department for 10 1/2 years. David was currently in SIT, and prior to that was a Detective in Peoria's Property Crimes/Criminal Investigations Bureau. Survivors include Joanna, as well as his parents Randall and Marcia Lebo and brother Chris. Memorial Services will be held Friday, April 15, 2016 at 10:30am. Located at Christ's Church of the Valley, 7007 W. Happy Valley Rd. Peoria, Arizona 85383.
