There are just a small amount of people in this world that can capture your whole heart so tight because of the many good qualities they have that make them unforgettable.  My step dad David was one of them. He has captured my and my kids hearts as well as my husband's.  He gave us so many great memories and we will never forget even the simplest things about him whether its his favorite color, car, movie, phrases he'd say, or even his laugh. I thank God for bringing him into my mom's life and ours..I will never know the reason as to why God took David home so soon but what i do know is we all have met one of God's special angels that has taught us how to live our lives with a good heart and a positive outlook on life no matter what comes at us, and we have become better people because of David.  I will always love you David and you will always live with us in our hearts.

      He was my grandpa.  I still love him.  He was put there to stay in my heart.  i will never forget him.  He loves me and I love him.  The last time he came to my house was the last time I saw him.  I didn't know it would be the very last time though.  Bless and pray for my grandpa.

David was a friend of the Gabriel Chavarin Family of Pico Rivera, CA. I remember David from school and church, esp CCD classes. David has gone home to his Father,we will keep the Leyba Family in our thoughts and prayers.

An unexpected loss is always difficult and hard to understand but God knew it was his time and although we may never understand why he takes our loved ones I know they are now with him and I hope it that helps find peace in all of your hearts to know he is in a better place. I was sorry to hear of David's passing.  I will always remember his contagious laughter my condolences to the Leyba Family.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. We don't understand God's plan but we know David is in good hands. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the people and lives David touched and loved.

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of David.  We are neighbors to the Leybas since David was a very little boy. He grew up with all of us (Mr. Tatum, Mrs. Tatum, John, Joan, Jim and Jeanne). Loseing a buddy like David, with whom you known since High School and shared family reunions in our earlier years will always remain in my memory.  My deepest condolences to you all.
