Dennis Ellis Stogsdill

Dennis was raised in Detroit moving to Georgia in his late teens where he remained until moving to Arizona in 2001. True to the Detroit roots, he was a Red Wings fan.

Dennis moved to Arizona after meeting Sandee and falling in love with her. Together they enjoyed traveling and attending Celtic Festivals and Renaissance Faires, often going in costume to make the experience complete. Dennis was an avid reader and gamer who liked to bowl and golf. He was also interested in guns and the American Civil War.

Dennis is survived by his partner Sandee, four stepchildren Nick (wife Danielle), Kris (partner Jennifer), Karin (wife Erika) & Timothy (wife Heather), nine step grandchildren and numerous extended families in Georgia and Kentucky.

In addition to his parents his sister Betty preceded him in death.

There will be a celebration of Dennis’ life at the home he shared with Sandee, the exact date has not been determined. Please check back for updates.
