Donald Herbert Walter

Don married Wilma June Moore on May 15, 1956; they just celebrated 68 years of marriage.

He served over 22 years with the United States Air Force including during the Vietnam War. After retiring from the Air Force Don worked for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. He did not sit still and was always doing some sort of job while he was able.

Don is survived by his loving wife June, four daughters Patricia Mitchell, Audrey Taylor, Elizabeth True and Fawn Warren, five grandchildren Jacquelyn, Joshua, Sara, Gregory and Donald and two nieces.

In addition to his parents, a daughter Carolyn Widell and his sister Evelyn preceded him in death.
