She was born on March 20, 1956 in Odessa, Texas to Arturo Sanchez and the late Eliza Hernandez Sanchez.
Elida married Feliciano Ornelas Murillo on September 9, 1978; they shared almost 36 years of marriage prior to his passing on February 2, 2014.
She had so much faith and left a meaningful impression on everyone she met.
Elida is survived by her dad Arturo, three children Eliza (Ramon Melgoza) Erickson, Arturo Murillo & Erlinda (Bradley) Carreon, sister Helen Chagolla, brother Enrique Sanchez & her twin brother Erasmo Sanchez and 12 grandchildren.
In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by a brother Eduardo Sanchez.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 2PM at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale.
