86 passed away on November 22, 2014. Elsie was born on November 17, 1928 to William A. and Lucille Day in Bucyress, Ohio. She moved from Ohio to Arizona in 1958 with her husband and family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert E. Smith. She is survived by her children Randy Smith (Patty), Carolyn Stiverson (Gail) and Robert E. Smith II (Faith), 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be Friday, November 28th at 10:00am at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
