Erlinda Williams

Erlinda, 87, passed from this world on September 21 and into the arms of the Lord. She was born in the Philippines in 1926, where as a young woman, she met Edmond Williams, a US Army soldier, who became the love of her life, her husband, and the father of their 5 children. Edmond and her oldest son, Edmond, Jr (Diane) preceded Erlinda in death. She is survived by her other children Annie Coury (Tim), Joyce Lange, Jeff Williams (Kathy), and Jeannette Morrocco (Dave). Her 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and great great grandchild were her pride and joy and filled her heart with love, excitement, and happiness. Erlinda was very much loved by her family and will be greatly missed. She embodied Christian values throughout her entire life, setting a clear path for her family so that ultimately all can be reunited in heaven. Private family services were held at Resthaven Cemetery in Glendale. The family gives special thanks to Mercy Adult Care Home in Glendale and its caring staff for their outstanding service and respect shown to Erlinda. Contributions to Hospice of the Valley are appreciated as they made Erlinda’s final journey a comforting and loving experience.
