Frank Manuel Ortega Jr.

Frank was the kind of man who was the life of the party. He was always laughing, joking and making sure everyone around him was having fun. He was also the guy you could call for anything.

Whether something was broken or simply needed an extra set of hands, he showed up, even if you didn’t ask. His family and friends could rely on him any time they needed him. He cheered on every Arizona sports team with true passion. You could always hear him yelling at his team from the next room.

A dedicated husband and father, Frank poured himself into his family with the same warmth and humor he shared with everyone he met. He was there for every practice, game, concert and award ceremony not wanting to miss a moment of memories.

He is survived by his wife, Eva, his children Breanne, Adrian, and Gabriel, his father Francisco, and his siblings David, and Irma. Frank now joins his mother, Cruz, in heaven.

A visitation will be held on December 11, 2025, at 9:00 am at West Resthaven Funeral Home, located at 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.

The funeral service will follow at the same location at 11:00 am on December 11, 2025.

The committal service will take place at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, at 12:00 pm on December 11, 2025.
