Gladys E Moore

90 of Peoria, AZ, passed away on April 8, 2013. Gladys Ethel Moore, known by family and friends as Ethel, was born on March 9, 1923 in Waynesville, MO. She was married in 1941, divorced in 1976 and went home to be with the LORD on April 8, 2013 at 10:00 PM. Ethel resided in several states of the USA during her lifetime and lived in Jerusalem, Israel for 30 years of her life. She was residing in Peoria, AZ upon her passing.

Ethel was loved by everyone who knew her and will be missed by all.

Ethel was preceded in death by her father, Harry Aaron Gardner, her mother, Rosa Alice Gardner, four (4) brothers, two (2) sisters, and her oldest daughter, Gloria Jean Richards, her oldest son, Lawrence Edward Moore and her oldest grandson, James Brian Hern. She is survived by her sister, Eunice Shaw, her brother, Paul Gardner, both residing in Illinois; her daughter, Janice Weston of Glendale, AZ, her son Ronald Moore of Mesa, AZ, her daughter Joyce Thompson of sun City West, AZ and her daughter, Diana Chisholm of Christchurch, New Zealand, 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held for Gladys Ethel Moore at Chapel of the Chimes 7924 N. 59th Avenue on April 20 at 2:00 pm. Ethel has requested cremation and there will be no viewing. Donations may be made in Ethel's name to Hospice of the Valley .
