She is also survived by her children son Jayden, daughter Aaliyah, her sister Jasmine & brother Jared. Jade is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her daughter Ariana and her brother Jeremy.

The family will have viewing for friends and family on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 9:30AM -10:30AM the mass following from 10:30AM to 11:30AM at Blessed Sacrament Church, 512 N. 93rd Avenue, Tolleson, Arizona. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale.
