Jon is survived by his daughters Jenna Sisolak and Dakotah Tietz; his fiancée Leanna McDonald; and his siblings Eddie Tietz, Diane Callan, and Karen Machinski.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing for Jon being held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11AM followed by funeral service at 12 PM both at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona.
