Kathleen Denise Phillips

On August 27th 2012 at 7:20am God called our beautiful Katie home. If you were lucky enough to have known Katie, you knew a woman with a good heart, a great sense of humor, and the courage to tell you the truth, even when it might have stung a little bit. She had a wonderful and very generous spirit, and a great love of animals, especially her dogs! She lived her dream of being a Country and Western singer, and traveled through out her youth, bringing joy to many people all over the country. She loved to sing, and told the stories many times... describing them as "The Best Times Of Her Life!" There are not enough words to describe how much we will miss Katie. She was a loving Daughter, Wife, Mother figure, and Friend and we were all VERY Blessed to have had her as part of our lives.

Rest In Peace Katie, we love you and will see you again one day...Till then we know we all have a very special Guardian Angel watching over us.

Family and Friends, Katie requested not to have a memorial service, she wanted us to remember her as she was. As a gesture to honor her memory, I think she would have liked it if you made a small donation in her name to The National Kidney Foundation to help others and maybe even save a life.
