

Kenneth B. Hoesel (53), of Glendale, Arizona, gained eternal life on June 8, 2020. Ken was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 18, 1967. Ken graduated from Streamwood High School in 1985. Ken moved from Woodstock, Illinois to Glendale, Arizona in 1989 to be close with family. Ken studied and took classes at Glendale Community College. Ken worked various jobs in Arizona, notably Honeywell. He also worked for a company that designed and built gyrocopters. Ken was in a band playing the bass guitar back in the ‘90’s. The band’s name was The Naked Pilgrims. They played at various spots in the valley, mostly at The Mason Jar. Ken was a big music lover. His favorite band was Rush and of course, loved the drummer Neal Peart.
Ken leaves behind his twin sister Kim (Brent), step-mother Patricia Hoesel, step-brothers John, David and Tom Garcia, step-sister Gail Garcia, cousins Judy (Tim), Sharon and Larry, special sister Krissy (Marty) and other family members and a great number of friends. Ken is preceded in death by his parents, Karen and Patrick, Grandparents Anthony and Harriet Klies, Grandmother Valerie Hoesel, Uncles Richard and James Klies, and Aunt Janice Klies. Kenny will be truly missed. He was a gentle soul and had a heart of gold.
