Kim "Smiley" Townsend-Ringler

She was born January 6th,1964 in Connersville, Indiana to Diana Poe Townsend and Oliver Townsend. Kimberly is preceded in death by her two brothers Jeffery Ray Townsend and Christopher Paul Townsend.

Kimberly is survived by the love of her life, Keith Ringler; her mother Diana Townsend and her father Oliver Townsend wife Carole Townsend; sisters Cindy (Frank) Bennett, Michelle McClure; stepsiblings Joell (Paul) French and Sean Romero, adopted parents Earl and Twila Ringler and brother‐in law Gary Ringler (Diane Upshaw). She is also survived by nieces and nephews Nick, Christy, Eddie, Malcolm, Matthew, PJ, Jennifer, Eric (Jessica), and Ricky (Nicki) and many aunts and uncles.

She loved traveling, especially in their motor home, with family and friends. They also loved spending weekends at PIR when NASCAR came to town. She enjoyed their summer home in Forest Lakes, AZ and was a valuable member of the community. Kimberly loved shopping and traveling with her mom.

Her nickname was “Smiley” because no matter how hard her day was or how bad she felt, she could still smile through the pain.

A visitation will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona on Friday, December 18th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. A funeral service will be held the following day, December 19, 2015 at 9:00am also at West Resthaven Funeral Home.
