Brother Kirk, our heart is broken as we find out that you are gone.  We have searched for you off and on as I ( Sister Ceci ) googled your name so that we can find you and to let you know our invite to our church still stands.   My brother, it was a pleasure to  minister to one another at 4th Ave  and to share in worship and experience  the Holy Spirit.   You have finished the race Brother and now you don’t have to “only imagine “ anymore , you are there in His grace  and surrounded by His glory .  Our sincere love and condolences for your family.

I am so sorry you were so ill, I had no idea, but you're at peace now.
You're with your Mom and Kevin now....the three of you together again.
You had your Dad and Barbara to care for you and love you. How special Barbara has been for you.
I'm so thankful that you had your friends to hold your hands and love you.
You and Kevin had the best sense of humor, now you can laugh together again.
We all have memories of you and you have been loved.
Rest in peace Kirky.

Kirk, I will always remember your caring spirit and the love and generosity you had for others.  Even when you had nothing, you gave to others.  Rest in peace in the loving arms of your mom and Kevin.  We love you and will cherish the fun times we had together.

Kirk, my heart breaks, when I think about the last time I saw you. I never expected to see you like that. You were always so strong. Wherever you went, people stopped and stared. In your eyes, they were staring thinking the worst of you, but most people were looking at you because you had a commanding presence about you when you walked into a room. I am so grateful I was able to see before you left this place. I will never forget the look on your face when you looked at me and said "hey baby, don't cry, it's alright". You were strong until the end, just as you were your whole life. I remember when we were teenagers, you and Kevin were such protectors, looking after and taking care of people who weren't as strong and brave as the two of you. I know you loved Kevin deeply, and I know how much it hurt you when he passed away. I also know that you were not one to show your feelings, as you thought it would make you look weak. But I saw your emotion, your open heart and your generosity, as well as your pain and despair. I remember getting  angry with you when you would let the "demon" take over your life. I didn't understand it. I know that you didn't either. I didn't know how to help you and you didn't know how to help yourself.  I never expected to see you as I did that last night, struggling to breath and in such distress. It broke my heart, it truly did. Tom was holding your hand with one of his, and touching your forehead with the other.  I held your other hand with both of mine, and for a few minutes, I believe you felt comfort and peace, probably more than you have felt in a long time. Kay loved you so very much, and wanted you to be okay after she was gone. I know how much you loved and missed her. I think about her nearly every day. I miss her so much. Now when I think of her, I will think of the two of you being together with Kevin, and all of you at peace, and in a better place. I am grateful to have known you, and will miss you more than I can say. RIP 



kirk was a great man indeed, we adored and loved him very much. We were  so sadden by this news. He will never be forgotten, may u r.i.p!! Your friends missy and Jeff OConnor.
