He was an avid sports fan; especially Hockey, coin collector and music connoisseur. In the past year he became a word search sleuth, enjoyed all 16 dum dum flavors in succession and lightened his hours with the gameshow network.
Lanning is survived by his children Pamberlyn, Bryant, and Denée Kane; his Daughter in law Katie; his grandchildren Nathaniel, Khloe, Bella, Ben and Ashley; his brother Rand, his sister Carolyn and his 4 nieces.
A graveside service for Lanning will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ.
