Leroy was a very caring person. His goal was to figure things out for himself. We thank the Lord for the gift of having Leroy in our lives and he will be greatly missed. Leroy is now at peace and rejoicing in Heaven.
He is survived by his mom and step dad, Ernesto and Cynthia Valencia; dad, Arnulfo Vasquez; siblings, Ruben Vasquez, Debbie Vasquez, and Ray Vasquez; and extended family.
A memorial service for Leroy will be held at 9 AM on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W Northern Avenue, Glendale, AZ.
