Linda Gibson

She was full of personality and had an ornery spirit. In her younger years, Linda played women’s softball and tennis with the best of them. She was also in a bowling league. Linda was a homemaker and a pie baker, chocolate cream and pecan were her specialties. She enjoyed telling all kinds of stories to all that would listen.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband Seth in 2019. She is also preceded in death by her siblings Cora, Maudie, and Henry.

She is survived by her four sons Doug Gibson, John Gibson, Todd Gibson, and Tim Gibson, and 16 grandchildren, Seth, Travis, Heather, Tiffany, Jamie, Jessica, Weston, Tori, Alli, Cherise, Amber, Tommy, Ty, Tanner, Kevin, and Scarlett, and 13 great-grandchildren. Linda is also survived by her sisters Helen, Lucy, and Joyce.

A Celebration of Life officiated by Minister Jason Schartz will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W. Northern Avenue in Glendale. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, and service will begin at 1:00 PM. Linda will be laid to rest with Seth at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale.
