Lois Jean Lilly, 88, of Scottsdale passed away on January 24, 2017. She was born to the late Walter and Cora Watson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Bob, and three brothers Orville, Bill and Jim. Lois is survived by her two daughters, Karen and Judy. She was active in church at Valley Cathedral, and in her earlier years she taught Sunday School. Later she enjoyed attending the sermons. Lois found solace in going hiking and, reading anything from mystery novels to The Bible. She also loved the occasional meal of Mexican food. A celebration of Lois’s life will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at the Bellasera Gated Community Clubhouse at 7350 E Ponte Bella Drive in Scottsdale. Use of the Scottsdale Road entrance has been requested. Lois was privately laid to rest at Resthaven Park cemetery in Glendale.
