

Marilyn Louise Wheaton, 83, of Youngstown, OH,has found peace in heaven with her belated husband, Warren R. Wheaton, on January 16, 2017. She is survived by her sister Dorothy Schwers, daughter Janean Wilson and granddaughter Renee Forsyth. Marilyn was a lifelong pianist and music teacher, inducted into the Who’s Who Hall of Fame for her musical accomplishments. She took pride in her students and their accomplishments. She found joy in worship by accompanying churches and choirs at places such as Sunnyslope Christian Church and First Christian Glendale. She also loved spending time with her friends and family, including her beloved dogs or “furbabies.” She was an inspirational woman, teacher, mentor, mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed.
We invite family, friends, church members and music students to join us to celebrate her life this coming Saturday, January 21,2017 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary. A viewing hour will begin at 3pm and the memorial service will be at 4pm. Food and fellowship immediately follows at 5pm. Burial will take place on Monday, January 23rd at 1:30pm at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Please arrive at 1pm to check-in at the front gate and confirm on the welcome neon sign which shelter to go to and meet. Condolences may be sent to www.chapelofthechimesmortuary.com.
