A memorial service for Jack will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 1:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, Arizona 85301. Immediately following the service, family and friends will continue to celebrate Jack's life at the Golden Corral located at 5679 W. Northern Ave at 3:00 pm.
In honor of Jack's favorite color, the family invites attendees to incorporate red into their semi-formal attire.
