She raised her family in Grand Rapids, MI and later relocated to Phoenix, AZ to be near her aging parents. Mom was a hard worker. In addition to raising her children, she worked in many different capacities including sales, various factory positions, cook, and she was a CNA at the state veterans' home when she retired. First and foremost, she loved the Lord. She enjoyed fellowship and worship with her brothers and sisters in Christ. She strove to share the love Christ had shown her with her family and those she came in contact with. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her children, siblings, and extended family. She had a love for all animals. She enjoyed singing, traveling, playing a variety of games, and loved all sports. Her hobbies included crocheting, making beaded jewelry, making photo albums, and she was an avid reader. Our mother was very social and enjoyed many activities and social gatherings at home where she resided. Mom will be greatly missed by all.
