Patricia L. Kopecky

Patricia Lynn Kopecky, age 78, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. She was born in Algona, Iowa on December 5, 1945, to Spedo and Doris (Johnson) Kakos. Patricia was a dental assistant for 24 years before moving to Phoenix, AZ where she continued as a dental assistant for another 16 years before retiring.

Patricia is survived by her daughter Rebecca Aust (Christopher, grandchildren Landen & Lauren) of Alamo, CA. Son David Feller (grandchildren Bryndan & Sheridan) of San Jose, CA. Beloved companion Ignacio Cervantez of Phoenix, AZ. Niece Tracy Hurd of Miami, AZ. Grand Niece Jessica Buck (Tommy & children Magnolia & Knox) of Scottsdale, AZ. Aunt Avis Adams of Iowa City, IA. Cousins Teri Brock (Bruce & 2 kids & 5 grandchildren) of Le Mars, IA. Susie Barricklow (Bob & 2 sons & 7 grandchildren) of Gilbert, AZ. Pam Brainerd (son Shane) of Sioux City, IA. Vicki Dausel (Byron & 4 children) of Battle Creek, IA. Matt Haynes (Colleen & 2 sons) of Salem, OR.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Spedo and Doris, and sister Constance.

Patricia loved to travel and take drives and spending time with family and friends.

She is loved deeply and will be missed beyond measure

A visitation for Patricia will be held Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 9:00 AM at West Rest haven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, with a rosary service to follow at 10:15 AM. A graveside service will occur at 11:00 AM at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
