Stella Marie Soliz, 48, of Phoenix, left us to join our heavenly Father on Friday, February 17th in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born to Guadalupe and Dolores Soliz on September 6, 1974 in Phoenix, AZ. Throughout her elementary and high school years she loved playing softball, painting and drawing. After graduating from Alhambra High School in 1992, she graduated from Phoenix College with a culinary arts degree. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food and baked goods she created for the family and holidays. She was always thoughtful and kind to everyone she met and she will be forever missed.
Stella has joined her brother Ruben Soliz with our Lord and is survived by her parents, Guadalupe and Dolores Soliz, sister, Alicia Guerrero (John), brother, Albert Soliz (Jodi), and nephews, Marcus, Joseph, and Alex Guerrero.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am at St. John Vianney (800 W. Loma Linda Blvd, Goodyear) on Weds. March 22nd, followed by an interment service at Holy Cross Cemetery (9925 W. Thomas Rd, Avondale) at 11:30, then a Celebration of Life with refreshments at Chapel of the Chimes (7924 N 59th Ave, Glendale) at 12:30.
