Thomas Harry Erwin

He was born on November 22, 1938 to the late Thomas and Jeanne (Stevens) Erwin in Lakewood, Ohio.

Thomas is a Navy veteran and served from 1958-1962. Thomas was stationed aboard the USS Wedderburn DD 684 as a SOGSN E-3. Thomas had a career as a technician for Truly Nolan where he worked for over 30 years. Thomas' most recent marriage was to Verna (Dowdle) Erwin in January 2010 in Vero Beach, Florida. He enjoyed being with family, going out to eat, seeing a ‘Flick’, and going hiking and fishing. Thomas was a cartoonist. He loved train sets, woodworking, crossword puzzles and seek and finds games. He was an animal lover and a proud card carrying Republican.

Thomas is survived by 3 children David Erwin, Rob Erwin and Katrina (Erwin) Reeves; Step Mother Pearl Erwin; Siblings Donald Erwin, Judie Erwin, Mona Lee King, Ronald Erwin, Georgette Fallgatter, Annette Hodgins, Laura Carlson, Mike Erwin, Carol Perkins, Cheryl Mayne; Grandchildren Bradley Reeves, Kaitlyn Reeves; and many other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Verna Erwin.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Chapel of the Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85301.
