Thomas Patrick Roberts

Thomas Roberts, a loving father, devoted husband, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026 at the age of 64.

He was born in Binghamton, New York on March 16, 1961, to George and Patricia Roberts. Thomas lived a life defined by kindness and generosity, always placing the needs of others ahead of his own. He was often described as the type of person who would give the shirt off his back for those he loved. As a husband and father, he provided endless encouragement, humor, and unconditional love, creating memories his wife and children will always cherish.

Thomas was known for his love of all things sports and he took pride in his favorite teams. Whether it was being around his family playing games and making his wife and kids laugh or having a drink with his friends cracking jokes at the local sports bars, he found joy in the simple moments spent with those he loved and cared for.

He is survived by his wife, Martha, and children, Amanda, Andrew, and Katelyn, who will forever hold him close in their hearts. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Patricia Roberts.

A memorial service will be held on January 22, 2026 at West Resthaven Funeral Home beginning at 12 noon for the wake and 1pm for the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the ASPCA/Humane Society/local shelters in his name because of his love of animals, particularly cats.
