Carol was born August 2nd 1946, Wife of James P Sands (deceased 4/8/95) Son Michael P Sands (deceased 8/24/22) Carol is Survived by her Son and his Wife Jimmy and Heather Sands , Her Daughter Kelly Sands, Kelly's Daughter Briana, Sisters Emma Wade (George), Joan Hough, Helen Hough -Stow (James), and Brothers William Alpaugh (Nancy) and John Hough(Iris) Her Sister in Law Gail (John deceased) and many Nieces and Nephews.
